As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for reporting issues, and coordinating with the engineering team to resolve them in a timely manner. In this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or with a team. The Support Engineer has a future career path to become a Software Engineer.
– BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
– Professional experience in software support
– Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Experience with semiconductor software or hardware is a plus
– Experience with technical writing is a plus
